The Cost
The cost includes accommodations (14 nights room, 2 meals per day), the theatre tickets, coaches and guides for tours. This price does not include air fare.
Air Travel
Each individual is free to make their own arrangements for air travel to and from London. We will make arrangements through a local travel agent for a carrier that flies from RDU to London. However, it will up to the individual to arrange for their flight accommodations.
Cancellations
If the tour is cancelled by The Director(s), The Director(s) will use their best efforts to refund a pro-rated amount paid by the traveler (excluding the nonrefundable registration fee). In case of cancellation by the traveler, The Director(s) will use its best efforts to recover the amount paid prior to cancellation (excluding the nonrefundable registration fee); however, The Director(s) offer no guarantee that in this instance it will be able recover any of the amount paid.
Because of the instability of the currency exchange rate (dollars to pounds) in the past year, the Director(s) reserve the right to request additional funds or reduce the scheduled events in order to meet the financial obligations with the agents in London.
